A family who moved from Jakarta to Serang Beach in 2021 and built Dikasih around coffee, home, stories, nature, culture, and community.

Good to Know Before You Come

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

No. All four stay options use shared bathrooms.

Is there air conditioning or hot water?

No. Rooms use electric fans, and the shared bathrooms do not provide hot water.

Are breakfast and drinks included?

Breakfast and regular Dikasih Kopi drinks during opening hours are included. Coconut Milk and Mangrove Syrup additions are charged separately.

Can Dikasih arrange transport?

Dikasih can help communicate with available drivers or explain routes. Guests pay the actual transport cost, and availability must be confirmed.

Are sea turtles or wildlife guaranteed?

No. Wildlife and conservation activities depend on season, weather, biological conditions, local priorities, and safety.

Is Nature Guardians the same as booking the Homestay?

No. Nature Guardians is a separate volunteer and cultural exchange program, with applications managed through Worldpackers.
