Stay in a Real Family Environment
Dikasih Homestay is not a resort, luxury hotel, or party hostel. Guests enter a lived-in home where natural stone, bamboo, plants, an open kitchen, books, coffee, and family routines shape the stay.
The Homestay remains deliberately small so the hosts can welcome people personally and protect the character of the home.

HONEST FACILITIES
Please Know What Dikasih Is—and Is Not
Shared Bathrooms
All four stay options use shared bathrooms with seated toilets. There are no private ensuite bathrooms.
Fan-Cooled Rooms
Rooms use electric fans and natural ventilation. There is no air conditioning.
No Hot Water
Shared bathrooms do not provide hot water.
Bring Toiletries
Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and personal toiletries are not provided. Towels are available upon request.
Basic Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available, but speed and signal may fluctuate in a rural coastal area.
Lockable Rooms
Rooms can be locked, while guests remain responsible for personal belongings.

Two small single beds in the main Homestay. Suitable for friends, siblings, or travel companions who prefer separate beds.

AVAILABLE BY ARRANGEMENT
Meals and Transport
- Lunch or dinner: approximately IDR 20,000–50,000 per person per meal
- Vegetarian and dietary requests should be shared before arrival
- Dikasih may explain routes or help communicate with available drivers
- Guests pay the actual transport cost; Dikasih adds no ordinary arrangement fee
STAY PRACTICALITIES
Check-in, Confirmation & Payment
Check-in & Checkout
Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Checkout is by 12:00 PM. Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed but is not guaranteed.
Written Confirmation
A form, WhatsApp message, or enquiry does not reserve a room. A stay is confirmed only when Dikasih replies in writing and both sides agree on the details.
Payment
Possible methods include Indonesian bank transfer, international transfer, QRIS, or cash. Never send payment before availability, amount, recipient, and conditions are verified.
SHARED HOME, SHARED RESPECT
House Rules
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Keep conversations, music, devices, and movement considerate.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, or indoor common areas.
No Illegal Drugs
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are not allowed.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the confirmed booking may stay overnight.
Use Resources Responsibly
Turn off lights and fans, avoid wasting water, report leaks, and follow waste-sorting instructions.
Photography & Privacy
Ask before photographing family members, children, neighbours, cultural objects, private spaces, environmental work, or wildlife.
CHILDREN, PETS & NATURE
Important Boundaries
Children
Children may stay when continuously supervised by a responsible adult. Dikasih does not provide professional childcare.
Pets
Guest pets are not accepted, helping protect household routines, other guests, local animals, wildlife, and cleanliness.
Parking
Public parking is available near Dikasih. Large vehicles and groups should contact the hosts in advance.
Wildlife
Never chase, touch, move, stage, or reveal sensitive locations of wildlife. A room booking does not include a guaranteed conservation activity.
