WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Six Steps from Request to Arrival

1. Dikasih receives the request.Your information arrives through WhatsApp or email.
2. Availability is checked.Dita reviews rooms, capacity, family schedule, meals, transport, and relevant activities.
3. Dikasih replies.The reply may include an available room, cost estimate, questions, and practical information.
4. Both sides review the details.Dates, guests, room, facilities, meals, transport, and expectations must be clear.
5. Written confirmation is issued.A room is confirmed only when Dikasih clearly says it is confirmed.
6. Payment instructions are provided.Send money only after verifying the recipient, amount, method, and agreed conditions.

Simple Working Calculation

Banana, Coconut & Rumah Singgah

Example: 2 guests × 3 nights = IDR 1,800,000.

Example: 1 solo guest × 3 nights = IDR 900,000.

Meals beyond breakfast, transport, experiences, special materials, and other agreed services are calculated separately.

PAYMENT, CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Confirm Conditions Before Sending Money

Payment Methods

Possible methods include Indonesian bank transfer, international transfer, QRIS, or cash. The suitable method and timing are confirmed individually.

Changes

Tell Dikasih as early as possible when dates, arrival time, guest numbers, transport, or meal needs change.

Cancellation

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or payment conditions applying to your stay should be written in the confirmation before payment.

Payment safety

Never send a bank password, PIN, one-time password, or full payment-card information. Verify any payment request through the official Dikasih contact.
